Layout Tab - Add or remove gadgets.
Configure the Image - add title and/or caption.
Click on the Settings Tab to change your email background.
Click on the Themes option.
Choose a theme by clicking on the image. It will change the background immediately. Then you can just click until you find the one you like best.
