Someday ago, PTCBOX's PayPal account is limited. Now they temporary disable the "Cash Out" option, they also give an announcement that user should Dispute all purchase made with PTCBOX, so PayPal have to return money to user account instead of FREEZING in the LIMITED PTCBOX account.
